Alumna Laura Jones wins the 2024 Archibald Prize
Laura was awarded the $100,000 prize for her portrait of acclaimed author and conservationist Tim Winton. A four-time finalist, she said upon accepting the coveted prize: “This is a life-changing moment for me. Tim is one of the world’s greatest novelists and also a tireless advocate for the environment. He is an inspiration to me as both an artist and as a human being.”
